"The cottage was cute, very clean, stocked well. It is has the best porch!! it's in a great location, the host was very thoughtful, I will stay again if available!"

"I realize this is a cabin in the woods and things happen. Like the ants in the kitchen and equipment failure (like the microwave that sparked if you tried to use it). But the property itself lacked care: rotted wood on porch unkempt landscaping, broken slat in window blind. I did appreciate the washer and dryer after five days there, though. Tyler was prompt in responding to my issues but there was little he could do other than alert his staff. "

"Overall we had a great vacation at the Buckingham palace! The location was great and the cabin is very nice. Our only issue was that the listing says it has 4 bedrooms. However, one bedroom is the living room and another is the loft. It was difficult not having private spaces with doors for the children in those 2 rooms."

"This was a great house. Extremely clean and tidy. I love to cook and they had all the right amenities. Very spacious. The pool table outside was a very cool set up."

"Just the two of us - plenty of room for many more - very clean and had all the conveniences and perks you’d want and/or need - lovely setting in the woods - quiet - would definitely return "

"We always look for cabins close to our family when we come to town. This cabin is very close to a lot of great places to eat and beautiful nature to see. Cabin has a nice game room that we enjoyed. Would definitely rent again. "

"We loved the location of the rental. The house was perfect for a family of four and was way better than the pictures. Our host responded quickly to every question we had . We would definitely stay again!!!!"

"The area was beautiful. Pleasant area, some road noise do to main road leads to lake. But, was no problem for us. There is a business next door. Again, no problem for us as it was a holiday weekend and they were not open. There is carpet throughout the cabin in most areas..was not an issue for us but may be for others with dogs. The fenced back yard was great and the wild life visitors were enjoyed. We will be back for sure"

"The location feels private and secluded, but is mere minutes from the lake, and the host is responsive and very friendly. Absolutely no problems with the trip, would recommend to anyone"

"My family and I traveled to Webster Springs for Christmas. My husband and I grew up in this area. The house is located about 2-3 miles from my parents, so the overall location was wonderful. The house is spacious, has the amenities that you would anticipate, plus it had quite a few things that were unexpected . Kara was wonderful to answer questions prior to the trip and the entire time we were there. We will definitely return!"

"We stay in the area regularly to visit family and we would definitely stay in this house again. The location was convenient for our needs. There were plenty of things to do at the house to keep everyone happy, even in January! One thing to note since I didn’t notice when booking, there aren’t tv’s in the bedrooms. The projector and couch in the basement was the preferred hangout space for our teens."

"The house was about 20-30 minutes from most of the hikes in New River Gorge. The house was clean and more than sufficient for the two of us. We had a great stay!"

"Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us for the weekend. We didnt catch any fish but the escape from the concrete jungle and getting into nature does the soul so good. We really enjoyed everything about this place. Even woke up to some deer and a jake out in the field. An absolutely wonderful stay we hope to do again someday. "

"The cabin was beautiful and exactly what we expected from the photos. We had no complaints and communication was wonderful. The only thing I would note is the pet fee is $75 per dog that was not part of the listing until the house rules were sent 5 days before the stay."
