"Beautiful experience. The property was right on the bay with spectacular views and sunsets. The house itself was wonderful. It was comfortable and beautifully appointed with high quality furnishings and antiques.The kitchen had everything needed. AC and overhead fans provided excellent comfort. Kayaks and a canoe were great for cruising on the bay. They also had bikes available (we brought our own). Biking is a pleasure on the rural and flat terrain of the Eastern shore. "Wow! What an incredible property and house. We were a group of families with small kids, and it was heaven for them playing in the pool, on the dock, on the playground, and in the expansive yard. Lots of beautiful sunsets on the patio for the grown-ups too. We never had to leave. Can't recommend highly enough. "

"We had a fabulous time at this home! What a perfect place to end summer! We had a great time reading on the dock, watching the sunset and the birds - including bald eagles! There are also lots of ways to enjoy the outside - firepit, grill, kayaks, crab traps, etc. And the beds are super comfy and the kitchen well outfitted for cooking delicious food. Truly a gem!"

"Absolutely gorgeous home and property. We had a family reunion with 8 adults, 7 kids and this property was awesome. Lots of space to be together but lots of space to spread out as well. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool, fishing for crabs off the dock and playing yard games. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of utensils, cookware, crock pot, etc. Thank you for a great stay!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this kitschy, cool, rustic cabin with a million-dollar view. Communing with the ospreys, hummingbirds and the bald eagle who perched numerous times on a nearby tree was an added bonus. And, the owner may be the most friendly/helpful we’ve ever rented from. "The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved the colorful bedroom downstairs. My husband caught a crab with a net 2 seconds after arriving! We all had a blast hanging outside on the dock or on the beach! If we ever had a question regarding anything, Leigh ann answered promptly and very helpful! Honestly, we loved this vacation home and the areas near by! "

"Great property. Great host. Already booked it for next year. We have17 people in our family and this property was perfect for our large group. Great location on the River, property was huge. Plenty of room for my grandchildren to play wiffle ball and catch. Great fishing, my sons and grandchildren caught a bunch of stripers. Kitchen was well stocked, filtered tap water and a large ice maker. Highly recommended."
