There are many adorable animals on site, and if you don’t hang out with Helios the horse for a few minutes, you’re really missing out!"

"Absolutely love everything about our stay! From the location (walking distance to everything youd ever want (including a farmers market); to wonderful house to stay in! It was super clean (I’m a clean freak). It was homey. The owner was super communicative and welcoming. Needless to say we are already planning when we are coming back! "

"We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again!"

"Enjoyed lovely 3 night stay in well-equipped, cozy vintage home. Close to great restaurants, antique stores and of course the beach. Host extremely helpful with info to maximize our vacation. "

"I can't recommend this house enough! It was as beautiful and well maintained as it looks. The view was outstanding with trees and birds and the sunset. There are 2 areas to sit outside with nice chairs and gas firepits. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (including with a small box of chocolates and bottle of wine). This house would be good for someone with some mobility challenges. The King bedroom is on the first floor along with the kitchen, dining, and living areas....

"House was great, very nice layout and furniture was nice and well furnished. Only problem we had was that two of the three TV remote controls had dead batteries and there were a few cobwebs. Would definitely recommend. "

"This property is so perfectly aesthetic it’s like living in a decor magazine but still functional- things actually work and are comfortable as well as looking nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so it’s a calm place to relax but a short walk to the downtown area for dining, wine tasting, etc. Pauline was also very responsive, we asked for a replacement propane tank for the grill and she brought it the same day!For pet owners- the yard is not fenced in so a long leash was helpful to let the dog...

"The location of this condo is unique in that you are not directly looking down on the beach and parking lot due to a roof of the lower condo in front of the 2nd floor patio, but directly onto the ocean beyond the beach. It gives it a more secluded private feeling while being in the middle of everything at the tiny beach town of Cayucos, which we loved. The condo has everything we needed. "We rented 3 side-by-side cottages for fun and relaxation in the Morro Bay area. The cottages are well-provisioned, easily accommodating three people each. A full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a lovely patio is part of each cottage. Within walking distance are a park, a beach, a small grocery store, several restaurants and shops, and a laundromat. Nearby recreation includes hiking, kayaking, and beaches. These cottages helped to make a great vacation for our family!"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this rental! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described — clean, cozy, and incredibly peaceful. The best part, hands down, was the private access to the lake. We spent our time swimming, paddle boarding, fishing and just soaking in the tranquility.The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels. "We loved this place! Exactly as advertised and the owner instantly answered all our questions. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen and we were able to cook many meals here and saved hundreds of dollars on dining out costs. The hub tub in the back was an added nice touch and we enjoyed it every night. Finally, this house was ideal for our medium size dog. She loved the back yard and was very relaxed here. We will definitely come back. "

"We visited in June with our extended family to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We had 4 adult couples and one child. We had plenty of space and did not feel crowded. We hosted dinners with our extended family and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional. We discovered that the barbecue was not functional, and within a few hours he delivered a brand new one. All of our family enjoyed all of the spaces provided.
