The location was great, loved hearing the ocean waves. The house had plenty of light Questions were answered on time and when we needed help from the rental company once we go there they were very responsiveKitchen - very well stocked, the best stocked kitchen we have seen. The oven was not that east to use.Suggestions:1. Each bedroom could use a luggage rack2, Each bedroom could use a wall face mirror in the bedroom3. Small trash can in each bedroom4. The two downstairs bathrooms the shower fixtures need to be cleaned and greased, the build-up of chemicals made it hard to turn the fixtures on and off5. The coffee pot in the kitchen needs to be deep cleaned with vinegar, it took a long time for each pot of coffee to complete the cycle

Beach Getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for 4 couples. Everyone loved having their own bathroom. The house was very spacious & the views were spectacular. Would definitely recommend this house for future travel.

Adult Cousin Reunion

8 of us adult girl cousins spent 4 nights and 5 days at this lovely home. The home was comfortable and the location perfect for us. Dinning was in walking distance and the town of Cambria less than a 10 minute drive. We all had a great time!

Can’t beat the location

Walking distance to Moonstone Beach, you really can’t beat the location. The house was perfectly setup for entertaining our extended family. The upstairs balcony was perfect for watching the sunset with a cocktail. Would totally stay here again as 4 bedroom places up there are a premium.

Perfect spot

Our family enjoys a holiday meet-up every year. First time in Cambria. This property was the perfect (and hard to find) 4 ensuite bedrooms and a very cozy large room for an early celebration. Walked the boardwalk, strolled the town, and visited Hearst Castle. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location

We celebrated our friends 70th birthday. This is a nice, clean house - perfect for 3 couples. Very comfortable beds (super important). Kitchen very well stocked. Views of ocean wonderful and easy access to boardwalk for a walk or run.

Beach house was great . Easy access to the beach. House was well stocked with anything you could need. Could you some updating on front door lock and sliding doors were hard to open .

Cousins retreat

Had a fantastic time. The house was great and the view was amazing. Had dinner at Sow’s Ear and music at the Lodge. This was everyone’s first time beside me. I love Cambria. Memories we made.

Great location

The house was perfect for our group of 6 old friends. Four beds and four baths are hard to find in such a great place with enough room to move about, sit and relax, and visit places close by, especially Moonstone Beach. The only complaint would be that the windows to the million dollar view were very dirty and should have been cleaned.

Loved it!

This is a sweet little property is steps from the ocean. Loved the boardwalk that had gorgeous coastal views. The beach house is decorated so nicely, and I was impressed with the newer towels, blankets, bedding, decor, rugs, etc. These small details are often missed in rentals but not here. Each cozy bedroom has its own bathroom and was perfect for a family getaway. Cambria is quiet and peaceful. Loved this property and location. Lots of charm. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Amazing Vacation House in Cambria

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was amazing for my family’s vacation in Cambria. The house is comfortable for a large group with each bedroom having its own bathroom, and a large open plan kitchen/living area. With the location to close to Moonstone beach, we were able to walk to restaurants and we walked to the little main part of town. So nice to not have to drive to get around! I also really appreciated use of the garage to park our cars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location, amazing views. Great to have all en-suite rooms. Minimal furnishings and TV/Cable unreliable at best. Kitchen and appliances great. Enjoyed coffee on the veranda watching the fog lift listening to the waves. We even saw a pod of whales!! Needs a deep cleaning, some painting, and the sliding glass doors on the north side are all but impossible to move (like get a hernia if you do).

All the reviews pretty much tell you the negatives and positives. It is an old property and at the ocean so you have mold (back porch) and stuck screens. The garage lights were out. No paper towels but I brought some. The bed was comfortable, which is important. We were looking for a great location and enough room for 4 couples. This was perfect. It was my 70th birthday with all my children so I was very happy. We want to do this every year so that should tell you something! Moonstone Beach is magical!

Gorgeous View

This house was perfect for our Dec. get away with friends. With 4 couples it was great to each have a bedroom with attached bathroom. The view is amazing, and the sunsets gorgeous. We enjoyed walking along the boardwalk and/ or beach which is just across the road. The house was well equipped. I brought my own hairdryer which was good, since I did not see one in the smaller upstairs bathroom and my friend in the smaller bedroom downstairs also did not see one. The only reason we would not give this house 5 stars is that the kitchen and bathrooms are from 90’s or early 2000’s, but everything was well maintained and clean.

Property was fine except for a lack of water pressure. If 2 people tried to shower at the same time both shower hears would only have droplets of water. Flush the toilet and the person showering lost all water pressure.
