Beautiful Ocean View, just down from Shamel Park

3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1 king , 2 queen beds. 2 TV's, DVD, high speed WIFI, Keurig, board games, washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Santa Maria style BBQ(charcoal only please) , remote-controlled gas log fireplace, wine refrigerator, single garage. This lovely home is light and airy, and just plain wonderful! It is only about a half block out the front door to Shamel Park, and across the street from the ocean. This is a very comfortable two story home with impressive ocean views. You enter downstairs, with the two queen bedrooms and then go upstairs to the main level with the king bedroom, kitchen and living room. The BBQ deck is on the back of the house and the main, ocean view deck, is off of the front of the house. Gorgeous ocean views and a great walking area too. It's an easy walk to town for your morning latte' and yummy pastry. The Moonstone Beach boardwalk is also nearby, where you can walk along the ocean to work off the lunch or dinner you ate at one of the wonderful Moonstone Beach restaurants. Some of the most beautiful walking trails are a short walk south on Windsor. The Fiscalini Ranch trails are something you will enjoy immensely, and while you are taking in the breathtaking ocean views, you may just spy an adorable weasel nearby.

Central Coast vacation

We stayed in Cambria because it was central to the areas we wanted to go to. It is a beautiful area and the house was in a great location! The place was well stocked, near all the great trails and the view was fabulous. Would definitely recommend.

Great House With Ocean View!

Staying at this property was a wonderful and very comfortable experience. It is a well-appointed and well-maintained house with a great view of the ocean. Everything you need for in-home cooking is available in the beautiful, spacious kitchen. The primary bedroom is nice and cozy, and the bathroom is very spacious, especially the walk-in shower. Everything was very clean!

This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is AMAZING with top of the line appliances. It’s a new modern home. The property manager was extremely helpful and kind.

We really liked it. We have stayed in Cambria before, but this the first time we have rented a house as opposed to staying in a motel on Moonstone Beach. We had a partial view of the ocean. If we come back to Cambria, we try to rent the same house if available.

Awesome view!

Very clean house. The kitchen had everything we needed.. You can see and hear the ocean from the upstairs deck and kitchen. The one bummer was the master bedroom bed. It needs to be replaced. The mattress is tuckered out and we thought the bed frame was going to collapse every time we were on the bed. The garage opening is extra tall, almost 8’ high. A totally awesome modern house!

Gorgeous location

First off, I thought I would be annoyed having to pick up the keys at the office, but I found it to be a fun introduction to the little town. The manager at the office was super helpful and a delight to work with. The home is located perfectly with glorious views of the ocean and within walking distance of the park nearby (which has a community pool). It's a quick drive to Hearst Castle, the lighthouse and the elephant seal beach. I loved doing dishes with the gorgeous view out the window. The deck is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The kitchen is spacious with top notch appliances. There are tons of spices to choose from, foil, Ziploc bags, even parchment paper. I'm not certain if this is standard but we enjoyed having it available without having to go to the grocery store (Cookie Crock Market--which is a great place to pick up your groceries and surprisingly not too over-priced). The Master Bedroom is upstairs, and the bed is super comfy! The master shower is great! I don't know about the 2 downstairs beds but those we were traveling with us seemed to sleep just great. There are lots of towels and little bar soaps provided. We enjoyed the variety of games in the upstairs cupboard and there is even a puzzle! You'll find loads to do in Cambria! I loved all the different walks and even enjoyed walking up and down the quite hilly streets. We were celebrating the 15-year anniversary of successful kidney transplant from sister to brother. God has blessed both of us with great health and there is so much to be thankful for. We loved dinner at Linn's Restaurant and our celebration dinner of Filet Mignon at Cambria Pines Lodge. I highly recommend both of these establishments as the food is top notch in both! We plan on staying at this beautiful home again!

Great location and have rented in thus area MANY times. Ceiling fans worked in 2 out of 4 rms. Batteries either dead or...in nightlite, clock. Hardwood stairs could have used some light padding. Steep and noisy Washer/dryer insts. in Spanish! Nice thermador kitchen appliances.

Perfect getaway!

Everything about this vrbo was awesome! The house was clean and inviting! There was a small issue with the fireplace which wasn’t a big deal but the management company jumped on it and fixed immediately! I will most definitely be returning!

Fall Break Fun!

This was a perfect getaway in a wonderful neighborhood for our 2 friends, my husband and I, and our young son (22 months). The park and the ocean were just a few minutes walk. My son enjoyed playing on the playground with the ocean view. The house was exactly as pictured! It has been updated and was clean and prepped for us. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I hope to book this property again!

House was excellent! I can’t say enough but I will say the house was extremely clean & the location was spot on as described. About 2-3 min short walk to beach. About 10 min walk to town. The house was plenty roomy and the kitchen was the best. I highly recommend renting. I will be returning next summer.

By the sea

My family and I quite enjoyed this modern vacation home in Cambria. We could hear the ocean waves through the open windows. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away. Very nice.
