"Great location right next door to Watergate beach with lovely coastal walks and places to eat nearby. Easy commute into Newquay and Mawgan Porth."

"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"Just returned home after a lovely week’s break at this property. Great location just off the beach at Porth. On arrival, we followed instructions to access building using key codes. No problems getting in. We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. "Brilliant location, just over 10 mins walk to the coast path and beach. Pet- friendly, quiet and great communication with the owners. Have stayed before, and would definitely come back again if we come to the same area. What more could we want? "

"An immaculate apartment with everything you could need. It’s located in Newquay. It has the most amazing views across Tolcarne beach. It’s almost hypnotic watching the surfers. It has spoiled me for other places."

"The room was very nice- Alec picked us up and dropped us off at the Penzance train station. A welcome package of bread, snacks, tea, coffee, milk, cereal, water , and a few beers were complimentary. A 20 minute walk to the promenade and train station was convenient. Highly recommend and would stay again!"
