Camban Bothy in 1983 I remember that it was in good condition inside and thinking I'd like to make use of it at some point in the future, unfortunately, as yet I haven't done so. The picture of the bothy on the Mountain Bothies Association website suggests that it has recently been reroofed (in a rather garish red)and the window pictured in the gable end has been bricked in. The cloud topped peak in the distance is Sgurr a' Bhealaich Dheirg, one of the line of peaks on the north side of Glen Sheil

While there was no elevator to the second deck the staff was very nice. Romul works in the dinning hall and very helpful.

Amazing place in such a peaceful area. despite it being cold we still managed to sit outside and enjoy the birds and nature. everything was clean and tidy and plenty amenities were provided. would absolutely consider staying here again if i visited the same area.
