"What I really love about Carillo as it was that the mall and all the stores were pretty closed like walking minutes from the hotel. It’s really in a good great location. What where didn’t like it was that there was something in the room and I got bitten by either spider or something a couple times so and staff don’t worry OK friendly but not very polite. You know from 1 to 5 I will give 3, 3.5"

While the 2 units our party occupied were modern, they were not properly cleaned nor were all supplies stocked prior to our arrival. There is Astroturf instead of grass, and there was uncleaned dog waste the three days we were there. It appears there may be some people living in the units because they had weird partially destroyed blinds in one unit and another had put some of the inside furniture outside. There...

"Booked this location because it supposedly had a jet tub. The jet tub was non functioning, didn't even have a control knob/button to turn on. I'm 200 pounds and the tub would sink a bit when stepping in the middle, not stable at all. For someone with back issues that is not a good experience. The tub itself was "painted" so from the flexing of when you step in it, the paint was already peeling off, no way I was going to sit in that tub! "Very noisy next door…cleaning crew flushing toilet non-stop! The view from our room was a wall..they could have put us in a better room! Especially when the place was empty? They weren’t at full capacity…never going there again! The elevators were the worst,,we have ever been in.Every time it stopped we had to brace ourselves,Buttons didn’t work properly.. Never Again!"
