Staff were kind and helpful. Room was small but adequate. Breakfast was good. Its right by the train station which is helpful but too many people.

Não usei lavanderia,mas o atendimento do hotel é maravilhoso ,tudo limpinho, o bairro é incantador ,a estação de trem é em frente ao hotel,gostei de tudo.

Rooms were clean and nice :) the woman who did check-in and a man who did cheack-out were really nice. The guy working on Saturday evening (curly hair) was not the nicest tho.. we asked about how to get to the airport and he just said „taxi“ and was annoyed about having to communicate with guests. ...

Stay was good, amenities were excellent and comfortable. Floors needed to be mopped it was tidy but left our feet dirty! Weren’t allowed to turn the heat to 22.5 to help dry clothes was contacted but the host and asked not to do this. Very close to the train station into Venice only 10mins walk.
