In the historic center in the pedestrian area, the apartment is located on the second floor of a fine building, built in the late 1800s and recently renovated.
equipment: equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher) tv and dvd.
The structure is about 80 square meters and boasts a strategic position for all occurrences, starting with the various restaurants where you can appreciate typical Tuscan cuisine at supermarkets, very comfortable to reach.
The position is very favorable to reach the various points of interest depending on the type of holiday that the guest intends to spend, starting from the hiking trails right behind the historic center and then reaching the sea which is only 8 km away.
In addition, Camaiore is in a strategic position to reach some important Tuscan cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Siena and Florence both by car and by public transport (bus and train).
Camaiore is a municipality that extends from the Apuan Alps to the Tyrrhenian Sea in the heart of a larger area called Versilia.
Built in medieval times as a military camp to quickly get to the city of Lucca, Camaiore then developed being a hub of the Via Francigena, still a popular destination for hiking enthusiasts.
The territory is able to satisfy both visitors who seek a pleasant immersion in nature away from the crowds, and those who intend to take a holiday by the sea and the nightlife of the coast, with the various bathing establishments and night clubs.
The historic village, which also houses a museum of sacred art and some Romanesque churches, stands at the foot of the Apuan Alps, easy to reach through the countless itineraries to follow and is about 8 km from the sea.

Beautiful Beyond Our Expectations. Einfach wunderbar

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. This tuscany style apartment is beautiful, newly renovated, very clean and is located in the historic district of Camaiore. It is very beautifully decorated. We instantly felt at home away from the mass tourism, and got to experience a real italian lifestyle. We could not have a chosen a better place for our vacation. The free public parking lot is 100m away from the apartment. We always found an empty parking spot (we noticed the parking was mostly occupied between 6pm-8pm). In case public parking is full there is blue zone all around town for €1/hr from 8:00-20:00. We stayed here with our 2 little children (under 3 ½ years), and they enjoyed it as well. There is a playground between the parking lot and the apartment. A super market is right next to the parking lot and is even opened Sundays. The apartment is located in a no vehicle zone (pedestrian zone) but we had a buggy to carry things back and forth when needed. The place is on a higher floor which can be conveniently reached by an elevator. The front door is secured via video doorbell, secure door to the apartment and in general it is very safe. At around 8pm the old town awakes to life and everywhere you can hear is Italian. There are numerous very nice places to dine (osteria, pizzeria, steak house, Pescara, Gelateria etc.) Is all within a couple Minutes walking distance (bakery and pharmacy as well). On weekend nights there were events ( Bazaar/ festivies etc. ) so it can be loud. But for us this was not a problem, we even went there. The old town calms down around midnight and at night you can have energizing sleep even with wide open windows. The combination of the tall rooms allows for comfortable climate even during the summer heat without utilization of an air condition. There is no WIFI in the apartment but we picked a 4G SIM card at a local store next to the park and had 20GB LTE at €30 valid three months. A laundry facility is located also about 100-150m away. Please note the apartment has charges for towels, bed linen and end-cleaning. A drive to Lido di Camaiore/Marina di Pietrasanta beaches is about 10 – 15 Min. The beaches are really beautiful and great for kids. Free beaches are available (need to bring your own umbrella, towels etc.) Lucca is about 20 km away - highly recommended.There was never a boring moment at this place. There were plenty of things to do.We are definitely coming again

Appartamento ottimo e dotato di ogni comfort.

L'appartamento è bello e ben curato; l'accoglienza e la signorilità del proprietario è stata molto apprezzata. La sola difficoltà è stata quella di mancanza di un posto macchina (anche al di fuori del centro storico) associato all appartamento. Quindi suggerirei di eliminare dal sito nell' elenco maggiori dettagli la voce : Parcheggio. Sul sito, infatti, viene riportato ( 4 Persone, 2 Camere da letto,1 Bagno, Parcheggio, Lavastoviglie, Biancheria fornita, Biancheria Inclusa, Accesso sedia a rotelle, Accetta carte di credito, Prenotazione online ).
