Great little apartment

Stayed here with my 17 year old daughter, my sister and nephew in August. Studio apt but never felt small or cramped, and in a great location, tucked behind the square and on seafront . Apt owners were great to deal with, everything.was straight forward from checking in to leaving. Place was spotless and had everything you need, the complex is lovely and everyone was extremely nice, we celebrated my daughters 18th here and everyone came up and congratulated her . Ideal location with several amazing restaurants on your doorstep, La Solano across the.street and Il Vivo are not to be missed!! And the.little bar outside is perfect.for your afternoon beer. We will definitely be.trying to book again, I'm a regular.in SP and this apt is a little.gem ...5 stars🙂

Tired and uncared for with noisy neighbour's

The property was quite dirty with the crockery, floors (including the balcony) shower room requiring a deep clean. The balcony drain was blocked (unblocked by us). We hoovered the whole apartment and emptied the vacuum which hadn't been emptied for some time. We then used a bleach/hot water mixture to totally mop the balcony and apartment. We cleaned the outside table and chairs which were disgusting. We also laundered the covers which were as bad. The glass in the shower and the tray required a number of washes to remove a build up of detritus. The wash room sink drain was leaking but repaired when I reported it. The kitchen sink would not hold the water in and had to be topped up when doing any washing. One set of towels and bedding supplied. When I enquired about another set and weekly cleaning, I was told "this is not a hotel" there is a washing machine and laundries nearby. Due to the weather we did not always get washing dry on the airer and fortunately due to the heated towel rail in the shower room we were able to finish drying. The heated towel rail would not work off its nearest plug, and I had to use an extension lead from another point. The top of the wardrobe was very damp, which got worse during our stay, probably due to the rain we had, and I had to mop the top shelf constantly. Storage was limited due to most cupboards full of nothing in particular. The bedding was questionable as it didn't look clean on arrival and we washed it as soon as we could. The duvet was far too small for a double bed. There was damp from the next door apartment near the inner side of the bed. The apartment opposite had noisy children there and we had noise early morning 7 days a week, using the corridor as a playground and the adjoining apartment 206 came and went at all times of the day and night, very noisily. Last but not least, despite the evidence of traps and us putting more down we had cockroaches which we killed and disposed of. Staying for 28 days we expected a lot better. Very poor, cannot recommend.

Nettes Apartement in guter Lage aber leider

Ich habe es als Zumuten empfunden bei meiner Ankunft Ende Dezember nur eine leichte Sommerdecke zum Schlafen vorzufinden. Nach meiner Nachfrage bezüglich einer wärmeren Decke „die Vormieter wären damit zurecht gekommen und im Schrank befänden sich wärmere Decken und wenn die noch zu wenig wären im Bettkasten sind noch wärmere vorhanden“ Im feuchten, übel riechenden , verschimmelten Schrank war außer toten Kakerlaken nichts vorhanden. Auf meine Beschwerde diesbezüglich wurde eine „optische“ Verbesserung vorgeschlagen. Das heißt der Hausmeister sollte mit weißer Farbe den Schimmel verdecken. Ich habe meine Kleidung 9 Wochen lang auf der Couch deponiert und den Schrank verschlossen. Im Bettkasten wüst durcheinander wärmere Decken, Badeschlapfen, Kosmetikartikel, unsaubere Wäsche und Strandtücher. Die für die wärmeren Decke vorgesehen zwei Garnituren Bettwäsche waren auf einen desolaten und rostigem Wäscheständer nass auf dem Balkon und benötigte zwei Tage zum Trocknen. Der Mülleimer in der Küche verschimmelt. Neonleuchte über dem Herd kaputt, Staubsauber und Föhn funktionieren nicht. Es ist keinerlei Informationsmappe vorhanden, Internetcode musste ich bei Nachbarn erfragen und somit einmal und nie mehr wieder.

Sehr schönes Apartment, genau wie auf den Bildern!!

Ein Auto sollte man haben um die Gegend zu erkunden. In kurzer Zeit ist man bergab ins belebte Zentrum gelaufen. Engländer im Urlaub muss man aber mögen :-) Daher waren wir aber nur einmal da. Ein super Restaurant “Manolos” befindet sich im die Ecke, zwei Minuten Fußweg. Supermarkt ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub

Lovely little studio apartment.

Mes vacances se sont bien passées, dans un endroit agréable.

L'appartement a le confort nécessaire. On a une belle vue sur la mer. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à proximité. C'est un très bel endroit. Ca donne envie d'y retourner.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super und genau wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern zu sehen; die Ausstattung geht sogar teilweise darüber hinaus. Toller Meerblick! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr nett!

Easy easy check in and check out! Clean! New! Looks like the pics!!! Completely stocked with all your necessities. Everything is right outside the door. Very easy to get to the bus to get anywhere else on the island! Looking forward to going back!!

Schönes modernes Apartment mit super Ausblick

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Besonders gut gefiel uns der Ausblick von dem mittelgroßen Balkon, die elektrische Heizplatte und die Bluetooth-Box. Das Apartment ist außerdem sehr gut ausgestattet mit Strandartikeln und Kochutensilien. Die Gegend ist sehr friedlich und auch Abends noch etwas lebhaft. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort.

Fabulous Apartment!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Skal. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us. The pool is great and the view from the pool and balcony are beautiful. The apartment is clean and the kitchen has everything required for a short or long stay. Leonardo was on call and very helpful throughout our stay. We would love to go again.

Very clean and tidy with excellent view

Just back from staying a month in this lovely apartment. the view out towards the bay on a sunny morning is an eye opener. The apartment has everything needed for a stress free break and would perfectly suit a couple or those with small kids. It is situated in a quiet area but just round the corner you have the pubs, resturants and shops all within about 100 yards. You are only a short walk to the center of Santa Ponsa itself. I am already making plans to go back. Cant praise it enough
