"Our stay was perfect. Our room was a partial oceanfront and it was gorgeous. The room had everything you need: hot water, air conditioning, and the softest bed plus a full kitchen. The amenities were sweet too. We sat in the infinity pool all day watching the surfers and enjoying beverages. Best relaxing time in beautiful el zonte."

"We were super happy with our stay here! The area is beautiful and a 2 min walk to oceanfront restaurants/bars. The hotel seemed new and everything was very clean. Comfortable beds, AC unit, large shower with hot water and great water pressure. Secure parking lot, friendly staff. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and would definitely stay here again! "

"We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Monti-Villa. We’ve never gotten so much bang for our buck until we stayed here. If being too big of a place was an issue, it was kind of a nice to have that issue all to ourselves. Our hosts, Lucy, Rene, and Jose were all very nice and courteous. The ocean views were amazing, the landscaping was gorgeous, and the aesthetic of the place was very tasteful. "Me toco comprar mi propio papel higiénico porque no había papel en ningún baño un sola toalla por cuarto dicen que tenían cable y no funciona en ninguna televisión y estuvimos varias horas sin energía eléctrica me tocó trabajar de plomero y limpiar el sink de la cocina las tuberías rotas debajo del sink era un desastre por el precio que pague lo considero una estafa "

"I enjoyed staying here but the Expedia listing says it's a whole house. Actually it's one house with 4 rooms and the showers are shared and the kitchen is shared. We enjoyed the stay but it wasn't what we expected."
