"If you want to unplug a bit and get away this is the place. Very clean cabins. Kitchen had everything you need. Nice sitting area outside with a grill. Very quiet and relaxing with the Yuba River right there. Staff were extremely nice. Our dogs our now depressed we came home. Pretty sure they thought it was our new home. "

"Right across the street from the lake with gorgeous views from the kitchen table -- we fell in love with Donner Lake! The cabin was comfortable, but rustic as you'd expect for a mountain lake cabin (eg some damage to floors, janky interior doors, kitchen table wobbly). Dealing with Vacasa as a renter instead of an actual owner is always less personal and more commericalized ... eg they were happy to offer late check out, if we paid an additional fee$$ But overall we loved the location, there...

"Great vacation in our favorite little town. The location is close enoigh to talk to town but very peaceful. The house was comfortable ans we enjoyed sitting out on the porch. Thanka for the great trip!"

"This little cabin was in an ideal getaway spot close to hiking trails and perfectly situated in the mountains. Be aware that it is a mountain cabin. Everything works, and everything is clean, but it is a rustic. Specifically, there are tricks to getting a hot shower, but don't give up the water heater does work. They just did a whole bunch of improvements, and it made the cabin very comfortable. This is a mountain gem, and I couldn't recommend it more."

The condo was comfortable and cozy, and Tor's prompt and easy communication made for a very enjoyable trip. Bring your boat, paddleboards, kayaks, and a good book- this is the perfect spot for kicking back and relaxing!"

"We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we unfortunately had some bad experiences, most of which were avoidable by the property managers - we had to deal with mice running around in the house, not cool, not hygienic and freaked everyone out- house was in beaten up shape with need for lots of updates - beds were saggy, couches were old, dinning table seats had no cushions and hurt our butts, drains were clogged- TVs are old and running on not so reliable platforms- Basketball hoops was broken...

"Perfect trip! Location was excellent with lake just across the roadway from the house. Perfect views. House is very comfortable and clean. Well stocked in the kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, etc. We did a lot of cooking using kitchen and bbq provided on the deck. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries all provided by the host. Highly recommend this place. Host, Max, stayed in touch with us before and after stay to be sure our needs were met. He was a joy to work with. Excellent...

"This property was great, our family was very happy with the house. The West End Beach is only 2 min drive from the house and a fabulous place to hang out for the day on Donner Lake with bathrooms and picnic tables and a playground for the kids. There is a very small beach across the street but it is very rocky and was hard for the little kids. There is a fishing dock right across the street and it was a fun place for the kids to catch crawdads. Over all our family gives this house a 5 star...

"This cute A Frame house has a lot of great amenities, including a one car attached garage and a loft that has an actual door that closes on the sleeping space - so many lofts are fully open to below and thus loud! Check in was easy. Thanks! "
