Beautiful villa with private swimming pool located in Calpe, Costa Blanca, for up to 10 guests. The property offers five bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed over different levels connected by internal stairs, providing spacious and comfortable accommodation for families or groups of friends.



The villa features central air conditioning throughout most of the property, ensuring a pleasant temperature in the main living areas and bedrooms. However, the smallest bedroom, equipped with bunk beds, does not have an air conditioning outlet.



INTERIOR



The villa is distributed over three levels connected by internal staircases.



The MAIN FLOOR offers two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, which is accessed directly from the bedrooms. From the double bedroom, an internal staircase leads to an additional bedroom with a double bed.



The LOWER FLOOR features a spacious and bright living-dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen designed for a comfortable stay. On this level there are also two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and another equipped with bunk beds. There is also an independent bathroom with shower. The bunk-bed room is the only room in the villa without air conditioning.



EXTERIOR



Outside, guests can enjoy a magnificent rectangular private swimming pool, fully fenced for greater safety for children. The villa also offers a covered built-in barbecue area and a pleasant chill-out space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.



LOCATION



The villa enjoys an excellent location. One of Calpe’s finest sandy coves is just 750 metres away, as well as the restaurant located at Cala Puerto Blanco. The centre of Calpe and the nearest supermarket are only 1.2 km from the property.
