"Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. "This stay was nothing short of perfect, in large part due to Melba and her family were incredible hosts. My husband and I drove up from TN for a family reunion, and loved having a place to stay all to ourselves. The location was great--only about 20 minutes to where we needed to go in any direction. "I absolutely loved my stay from start to finish! Check in was a breeze. The apartment is gorgeous! Spacious, bright, super clean, super comfortable and has all the amenities listed for your convenience. The upper, corner location of the apt overlooks Floyds main intersection with a wonderful view of just how vibrant this small town is and the front windows have views of the mountains in the distance. Storefronts decorated for Christmas gave it an extra cozy feel. Hum of the cars during the day...
