"This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. As dog owners, we cherish times spent with our pup and our forever grateful for places that allow us to bring him. we were in studio unit number 18. The air conditioner was cold, was fast, and there wasn’t a lot of noise from outside while sleeping. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants, as well as a smooth contact free check-in process made it even better. We will definitely be back!"

"Location! Location! Location! Fully equipped. Beautifully decorated. Relaxation to the max! Sarah and Jason's property is outstanding. Communications are outstanding. This is our 2nd year staying here and will not be our last."

"We’ve stayed in The Terraces multiple times, almost every time we come down to visit our family in the area. It’s a perfect location to the beach, and short distance to the downtown/Centre Street area. We’ve never had any issues with the accuracy of the rental, or cleanliness. This condo is on the smaller side, but we didn’t mind that since it’s just me and the spouse, and we don’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Would rent again. "

"We enjoyed be so close to the beach, the views were amazing. The kids loved the beach."

"We spent a long weekend at this condo and loved it. Location on the beach with a top level view of the beach is perfect. Easy access to the beach if you don’t mind some stairs. Nice that they had a hose to rinse off your feet. Super clean. Can’t speak to kitchen supplies as we didn’t cook. "

"It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!"

"The properly was just as pictured. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants and stores. Beach was uncrowded and clean and the view from the end unit condo was hard to beat "

"First time staying at Amelia surf and racquet club.. very quiet and relaxing area.. not over crowded and beach area was clean and very relaxing. Room was comfy .. just one issue with the shower head . Not sure it’s a water pressure issue or the actual shower head but it could use some attention other than that 5 star stay for me and I’ll be back!"
