"This is such a great hotel to stay at, the staff was amazing and the property is absolutely beautiful. So many hidden gems; the numerous outdoor hangouts, the record room, the bar, and the room! The room was so big and the decor is very chíc."

"We stayed one night for a concert in the area. Great feature of having shuttle take to/from the venue. We had dinner at the bar in Revel. Great food, expensive, but we expected that. Sat at the bar due to no reservation before our show. But that was fine also. Easy access to both parking and casino. Had a late night little caesers pizza. Only major dissatisfier was the overall dingy feeling of the hotel and casino. I have a feeling it was amazing at the time it was built. But the carpets...

"The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back"

"Beautiful property but there wasn’t extra toilet paper and Kleenex in the room and the bathroom shelf wasn’t secure. It was also pretty warm and we didn’t have individual control of our room temp. A mini fridge would have gone a long way. There was also no tea in the lobby. I would stay there again in the spring or fall. "

"My first night was fine. The second night was horrible. I was awakened by a fire alarm. Someone was improperly using the microwave which filled the 3 floor with smoke. That was a long night, could not get back too sleep. Third night a group of patrons decided to hold their group argument in the hall at 4:45 woke me again. I was ready to go at that point"
