"Beyond being a lovely house, we were impressed by how much space we had available. We had four adults, each of whom had their own room and their own bed—usually oversized—with several beds to spare and more comfy common areas than we could fully take advantage of. "We are not strangers to the area, my wife having grown up in the area, but each time we stay on the Chesapeake we feel at home. The Hideaway is so nice that you don't want to go back your actual home! It is furnished as if it is a year-round residence, no cheap or mismatched furniture and appliances. "We stayed here for 2 nights with 3 other couples. Bedrooms are very spacious. There are 2 rollaway beds and it looks like a pack n play as well for families with kids. Both couches pull out into beds. Everything was perfect for our needs. You can fit 3 cars in the front driveway but there’s also 2 spots available behind the house. You can also see the Bay from the front windows. Close to stores and gas as well. Would definitely recommend! "

"Frank is a wonderful property manager. The house was well decorated and clean. We spent the majority of time in the sun room or outside on the patio. There were jellyfish near the doc, so we didn't get in the water. We did take great pictures of the Osprey, who would often sit on the pier pilings.Pet friendly and can sleep the whole family. "The A-frame cottage was clean and comfortable. I was accompanied by my son and two grandchildren (ages 12 and 14), and we really loved it. We went fishing in bay at the beach area below the cottage, and also did a lot of fossil hunting along the cliffs, which are breathtaking. Our host Teresa was extremely helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be going back!"

"The view was spectacular! It suited our needs and we overall loved the place and enjoyed our stay very much. For the price we paid we weren’t happy with the cleanliness when we got there. None of the furniture was very comfortable in the main family room. There were no cushions on some of the chairs and the furniture needed some attention! The outside needed a lot of attention as well. Even just a lawn would’ve been nice. But I will say we enjoyed ourselves very much and would come back again! "
