"The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room."

"We booked the studio for a writers retreat. The ambiance and overall eclectic vibe was perfect for the pair of us. The kitchenette was well appointed, but to be fair the Keurig was the only appliance we used. Communication was thorough and appreciated, but we had no concerns or issues that warranted anything further. Again, all very much appreciated. The highlight of the location was the joy of being in a dog friendly environment and getting to interact with each of the pups! We will return and...

"Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. "

"Great, large studio with a very responsive host. Even had food and water dishes for our dog. Loved the little lizards everywhere outside. The EV charger was definitely very helpful. "

"Peachies rental is pleasantly decorated and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy. I highly recommend this accommodation. It has a great location with quick highway access to Cincinnati."

"My family of 6 loved staying here. The rooftop deck with a view of downtown Cincinnati is what drew us in, and it did not disappoint. Our family felt like we had enough space to spread out and be comfortable, but we also enjoyed the spaces together. The kitchen was well stocked, although I did not try to cook in it, because, well, vacation. I loved how we didn't have a long list of chores to do in order to leave! Check-in and out was a breeze!"

"We have used this property for four years as the site for our girls trip. We LOVE this house! The space, the scenery, easy communication, the pool; there's nothing that compares to this house for our group of 14-16. We'll be back for year FIVE next July!"
