Originally built in 1893 the Springer House was considered one of the best hotels in the country sitting just a few miles upriver from Cincinnati as patrons departed their riverboats for a stay. You can now sit on the deck and watch sunsets over the Ohio River, riverboats, huge barges, recreational boats, kayaks etc.. They have regular festivals, markets and other events as well. New Richmond has several community parks and lots of beautiful greenspace.

New Richmond was part of the Underground Railroad and you can visit the museum or walk around and visit the various sites. The town is full of history just waiting to be explored!

Of course, the biggest feature is the River and you'll have one of the best views available from Springer House on the Waterfront.

* All items within the unit should remain in the unit; charges will apply for any missing or stolen items.
* The maximum number of guests must not exceed the agreed-upon limit.
* Misplaced keys or remotes will incur a replacement fee.
* Please leave the property in the condition you found it; additional fees may apply for excessive mess.
* Please respect the external security cameras and wi-fi and do not interfere with them.
* Check-out time is 11 AM; unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee.
