We are Andrii and Daria, a couple who made our dream come true by creating a home where you can breathe deeper, rest from the rush, and feel life anew.

About the house

The villa was built in 2023, is absolutely new, and open for guests from October 2025.
It is located in the green valley of Estreito da Calheta — in the warmest and sunniest place on Madeira Island, at an altitude of approximately 270 meters above sea level.
This provides wonderful panoramic views and a mild climate in this area.
Nearby — banana gardens, vineyards, and the endless horizons of the Atlantic.
Everything here is carefully thought-out and created for inner peace.

The space

A modern two-story villa with a swimming pool and panoramic windows.
Three bright bedrooms with views of the ocean and the valley, two spacious bathrooms and one additional one, designed in a modern style, with showers and soft lighting.

The living room is combined with the kitchen, creating a bright open space.
A large sofa and a 75-inch TV — the perfect place for relaxation.
A dining table for 6 people is suitable for family dinners or gatherings with friends.
A fully equipped kitchen with modern household appliances: washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules included).

Outside and on the balcony — cozy lounge zones, where you can relax and sunbathe.

Estreito da Calheta is the sunniest and warmest area of Madeira, with the best climate on the island.
To the white sandy Praia da Calheta beach — 5 minutes.
Nearby — the Levada das 25 Fontes trails, the Fanal forest, and also the Miradouro Farol da Ponta do Pargo lighthouse at the edge of the island — the best spot to watch the sunset.
