Step inside to a bright, welcoming home that balances inner-city convenience with everyday comfort.
Living area Bright, open-plan living room with wide-plank wood floors and large south-facing windows. Adjustable blinds allow for comfort throughout the day. Built-in shelving keeps the space uncluttered, with ample seating for relaxing, reading, or streaming your favourite shows.
Please note: the fireplace is decorative and not operational.
Guests can adjust the home’s heating using a central thermostat.
Kitchen & dining Fully equipped kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a deep farmhouse sink. Subtle green tile adds character, while open shelving and stocked essentials make it easy to settle in. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats everyone for meals, games, or planning the day ahead.
A thoughtfully designed workstation is tucked between the living room and kitchen. An easy, light-filled spot to open a laptop or journal. It’s ideal for remote work, trip planning, or a quick check-in before heading out for the day.
Upstairs Bedrooms Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms thoughtfully designed for restful stays. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a calm, uncluttered layout. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with soft lighting and simple furnishings. The third bedroom includes a double bed and works well for additional guests or children. All bedrooms are bright, quiet, and thoughtfully set up for sleep. Each bedroom includes a closet with space to unpack and store luggage.
Bathrooms The home includes one full bathroom and two half baths, making shared stays easy. The full bathroom features a tub-and-shower combo with ample counter space and bright lighting. Two additional half baths are conveniently located on the main and lower levels for added comfort during busy mornings and evenings.
Basement Finished lower level designed as a quiet retreat. Cozy family lounge with seating for adults and a soft play sofa for kids, plus a small selection of toys. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed and a calm, uncluttered feel. Dedicated laundry area included.
Outdoor space & entry The home offers two inviting outdoor spaces.
Out front, a quiet porch with comfortable seating looks out onto the tree-lined street. It’s an ideal spot for a morning coffee, a slow start to the day, or a moment to unwind as the neighbourhood settles in for the evening. a small extension of the living space.
Out back, a private deck provides a more tucked-away outdoor space. With seating and an outdoor table, it’s a great place to enjoy fresh air, share a drink, or take a quiet pause between activities.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire home and fenced yard. All bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and laundry facilities (washer/dryer) are available. You will receive a unique key code for the smart lock at check ‑in; no need to meet in person. Street parking is free and usually plentiful.
We respect your privacy and want you to feel fully at home. We won’t be present during your stay, but we’re always just a message away if you need anything.

We clean carefully between guests and we use as much natural cleaning products as possible, mostly scent-free. If you have any specific sensitivities, please let us know in advance so we can determine if we can accommodate.

Outdoor Furniture: Please note that outdoor furniture is exposed to the elements and may have some pollen, dust, or other natural debris. We do our best to keep it clean, but this is part of the charm of enjoying the great outdoors! - *No smoking or vaping of any substances in units or building. we will charge a penalty fee of $1000 or more to cover the cost of cleaning to remove the odor - *For pets, we ask for a one time 75$ pet fee - *No parties or events - *Noise is to be kept to a low level after 10pm on week days and over all respectful levels on the weekends. - *We have zero tolerance for vandalism or abuse of others in the building and parties/drinking/drugs within the unit or on property. This space is designed to be a home away from home for you and we ask that you respect it that way as well as others privacy in the building. - * For security reasons, there are no visitors allowed in the unit other than the guests approved to stay, unless otherwise communicated to and approved by the host. -if you would like a physical key, we request a security deposit of 100$, which will be returned to you after confirmation of receiving key upon your departure -Please do not flush paper towels, tissues and feminine products down toilet - Please use a reasonable amount of water and electricity to help us maintain a sustainable environment; excessive usage may result in additional charges. -Unapproved Late Checkout Policy: Checkout is 11 AM; unauthorized late checkout fees: $50 (up to 1 hour), $100 (after 11 AM), $150 (after 12 PM) - Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days. - The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts. - Lost & Left-Behind Items upon Check-out: Please double-check and take all of your belongings with you at check-out. Our team is not responsible for any items left behind by guests. If you realize you’ve forgotten something, please contact us right away. While we cannot guarantee its return, we will do our best to assist. If you request shipping of left-behind items, a $70 fee will apply, and items will only be shipped once payment has been received.
