"Set on a working farm in beautiful countryside with far reaching views. The property was lovely & clean & contained everything needed for a relaxing stay. A very comfortable bed, a lovely shower with plenty of hot water & the property was lovely & warm. There was plenty if onsite parking. Whilst we didn’t need to contact the hosts we knew they were close should we have need them. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. "We had a lovely stay at Millside, the location was perfect. Great walks in the area and very easy to get into Keswick. We hired extra items, that were there when we arrived and the customer team was very quick to respond to an issue we had. Parking was good, but I wouldn't say there was space for two cars. Would be good to have some bits in the kitchen like a set of scales and a rolling pin. But apart from that, we had everything we need and we will be back."

"We have recently returned from a 4 night break at Tawny cottage. Already knowing the Keswick area well we knew Portinscale would suit us well - outside the bustle of Keswick but within easy walking distance down a nice path, and easy access to local country walks. The cottage was immaculate in both cleanliness and decor - and well equipped - with off street parking. Our adult daughter had the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds ( would have been a perk if was 2 singles which could be set up as a King...
