"This is the second time we’ve stayed here and our stay has been brilliant. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable. All of the staff we encountered, from receptionists to cleaning staff were really welcoming and great ambassadors for the hotel. "The apartment was clean, modern, a good size and well equipped for the two of us. It was particularly nice to have a decent sized balcony area with a small table and chairs isolated from adjacent balconies for privacy.
Staff were all very friendly and attentive and the whole site very well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh produce. "

The pool area is gorgeous, especially in the second palazzo - with the cathedral towering above you.

"Upon arrival I was offered a room with a view of the wall, although this was not specified in the booking conditions. The administrator Sylvia did not hesitate to change the room to a much more comfortable one, with a balcony. Many thanks to her!"
"The hotel is very presented with light and airy common spaces. The room we stayed in was very spacious and well equipped with a fridge large enough for bottles of water. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Breakfast was wonderful with a very good choice of quality products including local products.
Only issue we had during our stay was a smell of drains in the bathroom but this was solved quickly once we reported it to reception. Staff very helpful.
