"The house is new and modern, with good array of cooking utensils and linens. Floor plan upstairs is odd. The master bedroom is open to the downstairs (loft style), so it lacks privacy. The upstairs bathroom is at the end of the master suite so people sleeping in the other bedroom have to walk through the master bedroom to use the facilities (or go downstairs). The floor plan is best for people who are comfortable sharing sleeping and bathroom spaces. No early check-in. "

"I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM.
While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. It added unnecessary...

"House was great! Cozy, and welcoming. They had music and lights on and everything was spotless and perfect. Jacuzzi out back was hot and ready to go, and the fireplace was a perfect touch for the cold winter night!"

"We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced:
During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication);
Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid);
All nightstands dusty and dirty;
Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...
