The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

Nice and quiet location. Walkable to most attractions. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The only disadvantage is that they don't have a restroom in the lobby. You have to wait until 3pm to check in and use the toilet in your room.
