"Our recent stay at Quest was, quite frankly, extremely disappointing and well below the standard one would reasonably expect from an established accommodation provider. The room was poorly presented, with dirty cups, a non-functioning refrigerator, and an overall lack of attention to basic cleanliness and maintenance. These are fundamental standards that should never be overlooked in the hospitality industry. However, the most frustrating aspect was the relentless noise throughout the night. A...

"Everything was perfect."

"The unit has amenities as listed. Parking, AC, large frig, washing machine - but dryer is in garage. The unit i stayed in and the furnishings in the unit look very tired and worn. Couch has tears, curtains are old and hang crookedly, two internal doors look like they have punch holes in them. There are very few utensils and plates."

"Perfect cute little room, staff were always kind and respectful, and for me to say they make probably the best breakfast I've ever had! Is saying something."

"Everything great excellent location close to everything."

"There is no double glazing so bedrooms can be noisy at night if you are not used to traffic"

"Was in an excellent location - supermarkets and cafes nearby. Clean with massive and comfy bed"

"Excellent service. Studio looked newly renovated and was exceptionally clean and spacious."

"Nice staff, clean rooms, very spacious, good location to MSAC, carpark very cramped."

"Good budget place. Perfectly fine for what it claims to be and what it is."

"Perfect stay. Rooms quiet, dark and comfortable with some nice classy touches. Cafe/restaurant also very cosy."

"Mir hat alles gefallen, es war einfach perfekt!"

"The hotel and the area in general appears to be going through a bit of a reconstruction phase."

"Everything was as expected. Great place to stay with nice views. One downside was they provided no bath robes and slippers. Otherwise perfect."

Yet my request for a high-floor room with a nice view received virtually no response. I proactively arranged parking, even providing vehicle details in advance. Despite this, the car wouldn’t fit. On arrival, we...
