"Efficient check-in but apparently need to request carpark access when making reservation as car spaces are limited. However, recommend on-street parking around the corner in The Esplanade. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cairns
"Tea bags not refilled. Bin not emptied. Overall room service wasn’t great. Not confident about how thorough cleaning is. Spacious room with good bench space for luggages and belongings however Bathroom is too small to use comfortably. Very good location. Pool is nice."

"Amazing views from our Horizon Club Room. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast and snacks in the club room were lovely. Unfortunately we were very sick while we were there and spent a lot of time in our room but what a place to feel ill, views from the bed cheered us up ..."
