"Everything was fabulous. The only feedback we would have is that we thought the room service plates should be covered. We were in a lift full of people and there was a plate of uncovered food in there. We had a fabulous stay, the room was amazing and staff wonderful. Would defo stay again !!"

Pacific Hotel Cairns
"Easy stay, convenient location for taking tours. Amenities in rooms on 10th floor were much better than 9th floor. Would recommend the hotel."

Hilton Cairns
"Nice pool, huge breakfast buffet with everything, free beach towels for going snorkeling in the reef. We already had reservations, but they were willing to help us find things to do. The hotel was right next to the boardwalk and piers."

Hides Hotel Cairns
"Management are horrible people, the staff were ok but the customer service of the Management is the worst i have ever experienced. I asked them to clean the moldy AC unit and they refused and told me to leave if I didn't like it."
