"Our whole stay was lovely. The rooms are clean neat and comfortable. The location of Crystalbrook Flynn is perfect. So central. Overlooks the water. Close to the night markets and a quick walk to the pier. The downstairs ambience is fun and inviting. Even had late check out to work with our flights. ..."

Pacific Hotel Cairns
"The motel is in a great spot being close to lagoon, lots of restaurants and shopping. The buffet breakfast was great value and the staff were very helpful."

Hilton Cairns
"Hotel needs to be renovated, feels a little outdated. Great staff and location is great. Walking distance to boardwalk and centre of town. Rooms are okay just need to be updated, TV needed smart options if you are travelling with children. Beds feel a bit worn. Overall hotel experience was okay."

The Oceanfront Cairns
"The room we received did not match the photo at all. Staff were apologetic but management are obviously doing thsi intentionally, hoping that people don't read reviews and knowing that customers have few other options once they have arrived. Room was not made up when we arrived, when we came back ..."
