"This place is in very rough shape. It also has a very bad odor. The smoke detector in my room was ripped out of the ceiling and their were wires exposed! The smell was so bad I thought my clothes would stink the next day. It is extremely run down. The pool was empty and next to it was a snowblower and a jug of gas along with other random trash."
