The flat is a penthouse, and is located in a small building from the early 1900s, finely renovated, very nice, very bright and very well equipped! All our accessories, including the furniture are new.'It consists of a double bedroom, an entrance hall, with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. It sleeps 4, plus an extra bed, and/or a baby bed. Our mattresses are Memory, and anti-allergic, for a good rest. In the beautiful terrace, you can 'have breakfast, or sip a coffee', and dine in the evening, enjoying a good glass of wine, with a very impressive view, on the walls of the old castle, with the two towers of Pisa, the Elephant, and that of San Pancrazio, the domes of churches, the old rooftops of the district of Stampace and the sea that is the frame! Being in the centre of the city, all services are within 5/10 minutes walking distance. Such as the central train and bus stations, the beautiful monuments, the cathedral, the Botanical Garden, one of the most beautiful in Europe, the various seats of the University, the Archaeological Museum, which with its exhibits, tells the most ancient history of Sardinia, the shopping streets, pizzerias, ice cream parlours and restaurants, and much more with the Cagliari nightlife, are just a few steps from home. A home, which makes you fully enjoy your holidays in total relaxation! I live in the same building, and on your arrival, I will be delighted to welcome you personally, as is appropriate. After the corona virus pandemic,we have kept the same prices as before! The electricity,you pay separately,at 0,40cents per kw,you will see the KW counter both on arrival and departure .

Fantastic apartment in fantastic central location. From the first communications with Anna she always kept us informed of everything we needed to know about the place and where to park etc. the apartment is super clean and is thoughtfully decorated in true Sardinian style. The terrace is a perfect place to eat breakfast lunch and dinner! We totally enjoyed everything about the apartment and it’s perfect location to explore all around the city. You can park for free just above near the hospital and then explore everything on foot. Perfect! Anna’s hospitality is overwhelming - such a generous beautiful lady. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Un grand merci à Anna qui est une hôte incroyable ! Accueillis avec des gâteaux sardes, toujours disponible et chaleureuse, elle a embelli nos vacances ! Très généreuse, elle nous a régalés avec des bonnes pâtes et autres petites attentions. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Nous avons adoré la terrasse et sa vue magnifique. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gemütlich und bietet einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Anna ist eine außerordentliche Gastgeberin, die ihre Gäste sehr herzlich umsorgt. Lediglich die Patkplatzsituation und die steilen Treppen sind etwas lästig, aber man wird auf jeden Fall für die Mühe entlohnt.

Wonderful stay in Cagliari! Anna is an exceptional host, greeting us with a drink and cake upon arrival. She thoughtfully provided coffe in the morning, fruit, Sardinian cakes, wine, and beer in the apartment. The place was spotless and well-appointed. The terrace offered stunning views over the old city. The location made it easy to walk to all the main attractions in the city, with a convenient bus ride to the beach. Anna was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and bus routes. **Please note that the stairs to the apartment are very steep, and there are also stairs leading to the parking lot. If you or someone in your party has difficulty with stairs, this accommodation may not be suitable. Additionally, it is quite difficult to reach the main entrance by car. It is better to drive directly to the parking lot (ask for the parking lot address) and then go down the stairs with your luggage.

Wonderful stay in Cagliari. Anna was a great host welcoming us with a drink & cake. She also left fruit, Sardinian cakes, wine & beer in the apartment for us. The apartment was clean & well equipped. Amazing views from the terrace. Even in mid-April we had our breakfast on the terrace every morning. Easy to walk to all the main sites in the city & a bus ride to the beach. Anna was so helpful telling us about restaurants & bus routes etc. She even phoned a taxi company for us to arrange taxi back to the airport. Quite a few stairs up to the apartment, but it’s worth it!

This was a great little flat with fine views over the town and harbour. Anna was very keen to meet and talk which was slightly difficult as our Italian is limited, nevertheless with the help of google we managed it. The flat is only really suitable for two people and the stairs would be tricky for anyone not too fit. Taxis refused to come to the exact destination as the road is so narrow so a bit of walking with bags was necessary. We enjoyed the whole experience...a bit different in a city centre location. Some great restaurants all within walking ditance.

Excellent accueil où nous avons échangés avec Anna autour de gâteaux sardes et d’un jus de fruit. L’appartement est hyper bien placé avec une super terrasse qui vous permet de profiter le soir. La vue sur les remparts est très belle. Il y a un parking public à proximité direct avec des places gratuites et des places payantes. La clim dans l’appartement est un réel plus l’été ! Il vous faudra payer l’électricité en supplément. Anna est d’une gentillesse incroyable, nous reviendrons chez elle si nous sommes de nouveau de passage !

Der Empfang von Anna war sehr herzlich, sie spricht leider kein Englisch, bedient aber Google translate sehr routiniert, wodurch die Kommunikation kein Problem ist. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und Ausstattung. Ich empfehle das Gepäck auf kleinere Reisetaschen zu verteilen, da die Treppe Recht steil ist, der Anblick von der Terrasse auf die Altstadt wird euch aber für die Mühe belohnen.

Anna nous a accueilli merveilleusement bien. Petit accueil jus de fruits - gâteaux sardes et départ avec café et gourmandises. C'est dire combien elle est gentille. Nous étions très bien situé par rapport à la ville et au sud de l'île. Par contre, beaucoup de marches à monter et descendre pour accéder à l'appartement (escalier pour accéder au bâtiment puis 4eme étage) pas de souci pour nous car nous étions avec des ados mais cela peut-être compliqué pour des gens plus âgés ou avec des enfants en bas âge. Super la climatisation quand plus de 40 degrés 👍 La vue de la terrasse est vraiment top. Il est très agréable d'y manger tous ses repas. Appartement très bien insonorisé et matelas top. L'appartement de Anna est idéalement situé dans Cagliari. L'accueil fut chaleureux et le séjour très agréable. N'hésitez pas à réserver pour vos visites, nous le recommandons les yeux fermés. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Anna au début du mois d'août 2022. Il est idéalement situé pour marcher dans le centre de Cagliari et l'accès à la plage en bus est facile. L'air circule entre les pièces en cas de chaleur et la terrasse est particulièrement agréable en soirée. Anna est une hôtesse chaleureuse et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement un séjour dans son appartement !

Nous étions un petite famille de 4 personnes (3 adultes et un ado). Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Anna avec des petits gâteaux traditionnels et un jus chez elle avant de pouvoir s'installer dans la location au dessus. L'appartement était très propre avec une très jolie terrasse et était vraiment au coeur de Cagliari. Nous avions à notre disposition de l'eau fraîche et des petits gâteaux, ce qui était très appréciable. Anna a fait l'effort de parler français avec nous étant donné que nous ne savions pas parler italien. Pour le départ elle nous a également servi un café et une collation. Elle a aussi été très arrangeante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Attention nous n'étions pas au courant avant notre arrivé mais l'électricité est à payé à la fin du séjour (20euros pour 4jours). Pour conclure très bonne vacances passée et hôte très gentille ! Un accueil exceptionnel dans un superbe appartement sarde. Une terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle. Anna a pris beaucoup de son temps pour nous faire partager la culture Sarde, à travers les danses, le vin et les "dolci". Un accueil comme nous en avons jamais vu auparavant.

I really enjoyed staying at the apartment for 3 nights in June. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. There is unlimited food options and great grocery stores nearby. The view off the terrace is really pretty in the afternoon looking at the castle walls. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a nice meal. I was greeted with some nice wine, cookies, and fruit to enjoy which was a nice touch. The A/C works very well to keep you cool if it is too hot to open the windows outside. Lastly, Anna was fantastic!

Anna hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns gleich leckeren Espresso angeboten. Sie hat uns gleich ein paar Tipps gegeben fürdie Stadt. In der Wohnung hatte sie schon Wein, Wasser, Säfte und nicht zu vergessen typische sardisches Gebäck bereitgestellt. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön!! Wir haben es sehr genossen auf der Dachterrasse morgens und abends zu sitzen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The balcony in this apartment is just lovely. The view and the size made for a super comfortable stay during the spring when it was not too cold or too hot. Of note, the shower is very tiny and when you have the fold out couch open it is very very tight to squeeze past. Anna was a warm, thoughtful host who communicated promptly by WhatsApp (responding in Italian to my English texts) and the only hiccup was when she mentioned a separate charge for electricity which I did not see mentioned on the VRBO listing. We ended up not having to pay anything extra fees and after clearing up that confusion we would love to stay here again on our next trip to Cagliari.
