"The property was clean and the staff friendly, and the breakfast adequate. Even the wifi was pretty good. Only complaint is that you need better signage!! Hard to find you, had to use gps to find where you are hidden on a side street. But then I don't know what Plattsburgh sign ordinances are ... but most motels on Rt. 3 have bad signage from a motorist's perspective."

"From the first impressions I couldn’t be happier. The Hotel must have been recently upgraded. The room was brand new, bathrooms, sleeping area all looked new. I received a text from Tiffany asking how everything was and if I needed anything. In all the hotels I’ve stayed I have never received a text from the hotel staff.
