We had an absolutely lovely stay at this beautiful lake house. I have been vacationing with my family in Cadillac my entire life and I’ve never stayed in a house so welcoming, comfortable and well appointed as this one. We found everything we needed to enjoy our stay from lifejackets to sandwich bags with ease. There were also plenty of indoor and outdoor games to play and enjoy with the family that were fun for all ages. Ultimately though our favorite thing about the house was the lake access. The dock was so convenient and the water was so shallow our small children could safely swim and play in the water all day. The kayaks were also a huge hit. Again the house was just so cool, all modern appliances that worked perfectly, a great grill on the awesome deck where we spent every morning having our coffee and watching the sunrise over the water. Even the neighbors were nice and inviting to us. We would love to be back! Thank you so so much for a lovely stay and unforgettable family vacation.

Wonderful family weekend!

Everything about the house and property was excellent! It was immaculately clean, stocked with everything we needed and more! We enjoying using the dock for our fishing boat, the small kayaks, awesome deck furniture and umbrellas, gas grill, stocked kitchen, plenty of seating and ample bedding. Truly a gem of a rental! Views and open spaces, beautiful on the lake!

Everything was clean and the kitchen was a dream. It was such a treat to use the kayaks. The host was extremely helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay!

Lake House

We used this home for a weekend getaway to beautiful Cadillac. The pictures of the home match exactly what is in real life, although the actual sunrise can’t be beat! The home was clean and had many immunities we used! We will be back!

Ladies Getaway

This beautiful home allowed our group of six ladies to have a fun, relaxing, enjoyable weekend. The house was as equipped with everything needed. More importantly, the home has an open layout and comfortable furnishings. We are already talking about coming back!

Winter Getaway

Our group of friends came to Cadillac for a weekend of ice fishing. Although the ice didn't cooperate, the house was all the more important since that's where most of our time was then spent. It has plenty of room, and was in a good location for us.

Nice place, location, amenities, communication

We do a yearly fishing trip and decided to give Lake Mitchel and Lake Cadillac a try. Everything was as listed, actually even better! (Bathrooms and Kitchen floors are heated!). Communication was excellent. Being that it was the beginning of the year for boating, they didn't have the docks in yet but I communicated that we were bringing 3 boats, the dock were installed that day and ready for me upon our arrival! Thanks again!

Spring break in Cadillac

House was beautiful, but parking was muddy, and exterior steps were coated with ice and snow. So much mud in car from walking back and forth, that we will have to have it detailed.

Winter Ski Trip

The house was awesome with a beautiful view of the lake. We stayed there for our ski trip at caberfae peaks which was a straight shot from the house. Cadillac is a great little town with good local restaurants. Highly, highly recommend for winter or summer lodging. Bonus…the house has heated floors!

Beautiful property!

We visited for a friend's group New Year's gathering. The property was very clean and very well stocked. Especially the kitchen. Lots of ample seating in the living room and the fireplace was great and the view fantastic. The beds in the bunk room, while I would imagine, good for the kids, were not as comfortable for adults, but there were other areas to sleep. I would imagine, this would be awesome to visit in the summer as well!

Beautiful sunrise

The all glass wall facing the lake offered spectacular sunrises. Very nicely decorated and modern amenities. We enjoyed a full Thanksgiving meal with family. Would love to come back in summer.

The weather didn’t cooperate but we were glad we had a fireplace inside to use since we couldn’t do outside campfires, Owner was easy to communicate with once we got their contact information…the management team couldn’t answer anything that wasn’t covered in the property description.

Great Lakeside Cottage

Place was wonderful, everything was as listed on website. Our family of seven stayed for a week in august. Great location, kayaks provided, could swim right off dock. All amenities included: soap, spices, towels, beach towels, washer and dryer. Beds very comfortable, small fire pit for camp fires. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Caberfae Ski Trip

We just rented this beautiful property Jan 27-30. Location was great as it was only 15-20 minutes away from Caberfae Peaks. The heated floors were great to have!! The view is just beautiful and I can only imagine the view in the summer! The checkout process was super easy and simple. Communication with the owner was great! They were very responsive and super friendly. Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!!
