"Pool was fantastic for the kids, centrally located to everything in the Phoenix area, and room was large in comparison to other hotels that we have stayed at. "

"Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite."

"Oh my...This was one the grossest place ever. Everything is rundown, the carpet inside and outside the property, stains on walls, carpet. This thing is like 3rld world. The bathtub was even missing the coating, it's so old and not taking care of. I told the night guy how gross it was, but apparently it was fine with him. I wiped the floor with the washcloths and it was black as can be, lol. Paint was missing/scratched on rooms door. At least the sheet seemed cleaned ;-). I don't...

"The parking was easy. The property desperately needs an upgrade in the rooms were not great. The shower was ridiculous to try and use. You had to pull with all of your strength on the faucet to get it out of the wall to actually have any sort of water pressure. The carpet in the hallways was coming up. The breakfast was not like every other holiday inn and they charged $15.99 per person. The servers were incredibly kind and I genuinely felt bad they were wasting their time because they were...

"Sam at the front desk was so accommodating and friendly and she went out of her way to make us feel very welcomed. Every hotel needs a Sam! "

"Clean room, nice grounds, great location to enjoy Scottsdale. Some kitchen features in the room seemed a bit dated, but it did not detract from stay."

"Just average in terms of quality. We had issues with the shower working properly. It would seem poor maintenance standards. The shower head was extremely low pressure and to regulate water temperature took an engineering degree. "
