"Our family of 12 stayed at the Villa for 5 days. We’ve traveled abroad every year for many years, and we’ve had multiple family vacations. This was indeed the most amazing and wonderful family vacation we’ve ever had.
The overall setting of Castillo del Mar is spectacular! The view of the ocean is inspiring, with the sound of the waves lulling us into a sense of utter relaxation. The pool is one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen.

"From beginning to end the property manager was was always interested in our booking. And took care to make sure both transfers and car rental wee arranged. The staff were attentive but not suffocating. The food Lucy prepared was authentic Dominican cuisine. Simple but satisfying. The property is private with amazing views and clean pool. Very safe and secure property. The property, especially the interior could use some updating. Overall would recommend. "

"Without a doubt, this was one of the best places I have stayed! Even before we arrived the service was second to none. All my questions were answered by either the owner Dan or Wilvia - the most attentive concierge I have ever worked with. She efficiently arranged everything I requested to set up the most amazing 6 days.
The Villa, pool and grounds were beautiful and spacious and the incredible staff went out of their way to attend to our every need.
We are planning a trip back and will stay...
