"I liked that the Gardener's Cottage was secluded and private. The noise outside was minimal and the rooms were homey. The parking in the adjacent lot was sufficient. I really enjoyed my stay and communication through email was excellent. I had plenty of time to communicate my breakfast choices. I will definitely return when visiting this area."

"Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, living area was very nice for hanging out, quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed the outside seating area in the front. We did contact the owner because the city decided to repair a water main in the area and the water was cut off for 1/2 of one day. She even offered to bring us some water."

"This is our 3rd time renting from these owners (excellent people!) and the 1st time staying in this adorable French Country cottage. It is beautifully maintained and has all the amenities you could ever want. The check-in was super easy. We had a wonderful stay. "

"Diane is a lovely host and supplies much more than you will ever need - everything you can think of it here, including spare toothbrushes! It was wonderful.The livingroom has recliners and a very cozy couch, and the beds were beyond comfortable. If we had the time, we would have stayed longer!"

"My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. Overall, great experience. "

"We were in town for a baseball tournament located at Don Owens and Conway Station. The location was perfect! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having a laundry room to wash his uniforms was awesome too!"

"Adorable house very close to UCA campus on a quiet street. Check in is simple by just entering a code on the door lock pad that the owner gives the day of arrival. The backyard is spacious and welcoming. I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings. It has a full kitchen and a ton of lovely windows. We stayed a week with the temps over 100 and even in this historic home the ac kept up. Beautifully decorated and the owners even left us a local bread and recommendations for things to do based on...

"the house was very clean and spacious with many bedrooms! we enjoyed the openness at living/dining and kitchen area. the coffee/tea station was a bonus!! the extra play room between the living room and patio area was a perfect place for our 2 grand children to play on the floor!! the communication with the owner/property management was very smooth and truly appreciate your kindness. the memories we made at the house is unforgettable we will cherish forever, thank you for accommodating us. "

"We had an awesome experience with this rental. The communications with host were great! They were very quick to respond with any questions we had. The place was well appointed, had character and was walking distance to a great restaurant. Also easy to get there, and good parking. Hope to stay there again the next time we are heading to Little Rock!"
