Loved the beach access, the patio and the view, but finding and getting to the unit was not easy. This particular unit is at the very back of the complex, without nearby parking, so you have to carry your luggage, groceries etc. a long way either through hallways and stair or across the lawn.

Perfect location, Amazing View, Great Host!

We had a lovely stay here. Full amenities, air-conditioned rooms, direct access to the private beach, and walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. This was a perfect place to enjoy our time in Play Flamingo.

Too many repairs needed. Dishwasher and washer/dryer broken on arrival. As was sliding glass door lock. Toilets need replacing and bathrooms updated. Tile stained in 2nd bathroom, taps rusting and no stopper for sink. Contacted Vacasa host and only washer/dryer replaced. Poor communication. These items should not have been a surprise. Otherwise, lovely setting and view of ocean.

Beautiful place to stay

Very comfortable place to stay, everything you need. We loved sitting out on the porch overlooking the beach. The property was a little aged and there are many stairs to get to the room, but overall we very much enjoyed it here.

Lovely beach condo

The condo met all our needs for a beach vacation. Kids enjoyed the private beach, and the property was very well kept. The condo had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. Would recommend for couples and families.

fantastic unit close to secluded beach

This unit is a gem. it has a wonderful view of the water and is steps away from a secluded, very private small beach. Flamingo beach, shops and places to eat are in easy walking distance. A/C unit is very effective and keeps the place cool even on hot days. Five stars for sure.

Awesome place and fantastic beach!

The place is amazing. Great views and close walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful and nearly private. The unit is clean and well supplied. Parking is a bit of a walk to and from the unit. Gustavo was wonderful and quick to respond and very helpful.

Great view and well appointed kitchen .. very clean … parking directions not clear .. google led us to parking lot on another street … need to make it clear parking is on end of street where marina is located …. Suggest providing beach chairs … water clear and warm …

I didn’t want to leave!!

Located on a fabulous secluded beach; We loved relaxing on the patio for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening…then listening to the surf all night! This condo is very well appointed, comfortable and clean. The showers are challenging with very low water pressure, but that is the only thing I thought could use some improvement. We loved the Flamingo Beach area and will definitely return!

great place for two weeks

My husband and my niece and her husband had a wonderful two weeks vacation, location was perfect for a relaxing time. The food at Amigos Y Beer was amazing and would recommend trying this restaurant more than once. The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular and private. The entrance into the condo was a bit challenging but the security guard directed us in the first time and after that, we had no problem. Yes you do have to drag your luggage across the grass, through a narrow walkway and up the stairs but the journey was well worth it once we arrived at the condo. We would recommend this location to anyone planning on visiting the area.

Property was exactly as described, never got tired of the views. There was construction going on at the Marina which created noise and dust.

Gorgeous condo with private beach. We will be back!

This condo is gorgeous and has a stunning view. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and deck areas as well as the proximity to the beach… literally steps from its own private beach. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the property management company was easy to work with. We loved our stay in condo 413 of the Flamingo Marina Condos and were wishing we had booked a few more days! Thank you!

Excellent getaway!

I stayed in Flamingo Beach for 3 nights. We were located on a private beach that was to die for. You could hear the ocean from the bedroom. The condo has a great view and was very clean and comfortable! Gustavo was always on top of everything and very helpful with everything we needed and asked about. I would definitely recommend it.

Nos gustó mucho. Lo único negativo es la entrada con valijas. Pero sacando eso todo impecable. Tuvimo un par de temas y los solucionaron a la brevedad.
