  • Beautiful beach house located 1-5 minutes to Combate Beach (Mojacasabe Beach). This lovely retreat its perfect for family and friends get-together. We have enough parking space for jet ski and small boats. Here in Cabo Rojo you can enjoy our famous spots: Playuela Beach, Buye Beach and you can walk to our historical lighthouse. There is a various selections of sports and recreations you can experience in our amazing nature spots.

Beware, this house is not located where it says it is. It is not at the beach. It is a one mile walk or drive to the beach. The house was clean and the contact person was very responsive.

The place was adequate and clean. The beach at Combate is the best on the whole island and worth it. Not a 4 minute walk but a short drive and great beach restaurant at Annie's

La casa estuvo cómoda, con aire acondicionado y parking, y la dueña fue bien amable y atenta durante toda la estadía. Pero hay un detalle importante: en el anuncio decía que la playa quedaba a 3 minutos caminando, y eso no es correcto. En realidad, está bastante lejos, casi una milla. Yo estaba buscando algo que pudiera ir a pie a la playa, así que de haber sabido la distancia real, probablemente hubiese escogido otra propiedad. También hubo confusión para llegar, ya que no dieron una dirección clara y tuvimos que estar llamando para que nos guiaran por teléfono. Además, la ubicación inicial que compartieron era cerca de la playa, lo que hizo más difícil encontrar la casa. En cuanto a limpieza, en general estaba bien, pero había polvo, insectos muertos, y telarañas en las esquinas y debajo de las camas, y la lavadora tenía ropa adentro. En resumen, la experiencia fue aceptable, pero la distancia real a la playa no fue lo que anunciaron, y eso fue lo que más me afectó.

Overall great experience. Flew in at 1am, it was amazing that host let us check in earlier than expected. Truly help us out with any questions. The place is beautiful, huge ceilings, great location! Friendly neighbors. Right down the road is El combate beach which I visited every morning, I truly enjoyed. Supermarket near by for essentials. Will keep this home saved hoping to come back next year!

Great property! Spacious and completely equipped. Good location near the beach, food/drinks, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc. Quiet neighborhood was awesome after a day at the beach or a night out. Will definitely consider it for a future visit.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for our exploration of the area! Xavier was very quick to respond to help us navigate to the house (we arrived after dark and the neighborhood did not have power and it was very dark) and to our questions. There must have been a mix up with the cleaning crew as the sheets on our bed had not been washed.

Weekend at Cabo Rojo

The house was exactly what we needed. It had all the great amenities that you would expect when visiting PR. Not to far or close to all the great beaches and hang out places. Home is located in a trailer park. It was very dusty and linen was not clean. Lots of bugs was found in the home. Looks like no one has stayed in the rental for while. There was no hot water.Pluses, easy to communicate with the host. Close proximity to the beach.

VERY DIRTY!

Lets start by saying there is NOT a 3 mins walk to the beach .Its very upsetting to check in after a a long day without sleep and find a place like this !!! the house looks like it has been closed for many months and its in desperate need of a very deep cleaning.There was hair in the beds and bathroom, The house had dust everywhere, pillows with mold , dirty sheets etc. A place so dirty shouldn't be for rental.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was wonderful quiet, peaceful, and a nice distance from the busy tourist areas, which we loved. The owner was also very kind and easy to communicate with, which made the experience feel welcoming.There were just a few things that could be improved. The house could have been a bit cleaner, as there were small bugs around the windows, walls, and some floors. We also didn’t have consistent hot water there were plug in shower heaters, but when the power went out we only had cold water. It would also be nice if full bedding sets were provided, since there was only a fitted sheet and a throw blanket. With a little attention to these details, this place could easily be a top notch stay. We truly appreciated the friendly host and the peaceful location.
