It was nestled among the trees and we listened to the squirrels, blue jays, and woodpeckers while we had our evening wine and morning coffee. The room had nice decor but there was no comfortable place to sit, no luggage rack, and there was a very narrow walkway to the bathroom. We would come back but would be better prepared."

"So our TV didn’t work at all in our room. I mentioned it to the hotel staff but got zero response from anyone. I’m kind of disappointed. The place has a series of ponds outside of the rooms and there is like a swarm of mosquitos. We literally opened and closed the door to our suite and had like 20 mosquitos inside the room. "Loved the staff! I know they are trying their hardest. Overall experience though.. Only issue was they gave me a room that was dirty. I asked for a new one, no problem. Also the key card kept getting demagnetized. If you need just somewhere to lay your head for the night. This is the place."

As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city.
