A Stunning Private 11 bedrooms Super Villa

Welcome to Project Paradise! This stunning property combines the exclusivity and privacy of a large villa with the amenities and comforts of a hotel. Located just 2 minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cabarete and just 5 minutes from the party town of Sosua, this super villa was designed to give our guests a spot where they can both party and chill.

THE PROPERTY:
When your group books Project Paradise, you have the property to yourself. Your private resort. Your paradise. Your people. We are guest friendly.

BEDROOMS:
A total of 11 bedrooms. 10 are equipped with one king-size bed each and one bedroom with two twin-sized beds. All bedrooms with AC, and a FAN. A total of ten en-suite bathrooms and two full bathrooms are shared. Daily maid service is included, as well as electricity.

GAME ROOM:
Wide space to have fun with your friends and/or family. A/C, Ceiling fans, BIG flat-screen Smart TV, Billiard, Foosball, full-size bar, portable Bluetooth speaker, plenty of comfortable seating space, and a shared bathroom.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR CHILL SPACES:
Both of these spaces are at the heart of the property and are open 24 hours a day for use.

THE BARS:
A complimentary bartender is included for groups of 10 or more guests. The bars are fully stocked and guests are welcome to get the all-you-can-drink option or provide their own liquor.

THE TIKI HUT:
This is where guests eat and lounge. Located right next to the outside bar, the hut has seating for up to 20 people as filled out with lounge chairs and a large dining table.

THE LOFT:
Located on the second floor, the loft has another awesome indoor space equipped with a comfy sofa, a lounge area, and a big-screen TV to watch the game or catch a movie on Netflix.

THE KITCHEN:
We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the freshest and best food on the island. We work with every group to customize a food plan to make sure we offer up exactly what you want to be served. Packages range from breakfast plans to full all inclusive packages and great prices. Guests can also choose to cook for themselves.

WIFI:
We know how important it is these days to stay connected. There is HIGH BANDWITH-HIGH SPEED WIFI throughout the property.

MASSAGE:
Take advantage of our in-house massage services. Discount rates on group packages are available.

SECURITY/ ELECTRICITY: There is 24/7 security and a backup generator that powers the entire facility including the AC's if needed.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family (18 of us) were in Cabarete for my in-laws 50th anniversary. Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect. Nina was on point as she helped us with transportation, excursions, and local food/shopping requests. The property manager (Jeff) was professional, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay idyllic. We chose the all inculsive meal option, and the chefs did an amazing job offering local/specialty options as well as meeting some specific needs of our group. The property itself was perfect for our family. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the AC is wonderful, the game room kept our kids entertained, the pool was a welcome oasis during afternoon heat, and the afternoon bartender poured some fantastic drinks. If you are looking for a place to gather in the DR with friends and family...this is the one. Go ahead and book it, you won't be disappointed!

The best birthday ever!

Ben and his team always answered all of my questions right away. We had a party of 11 and it was a surprise 60th birthday party for my husband. They helped me arrange transportation to and from the airport, to pick up the cakes, out to dinner, and tours. I had a lot of special requests to pull off the perfect week and Ben and his team were absolutely fabulous at helping me. They really do make you feel like they want your vacation to not be a regular vacation but to be epic. We had a Hawaiian luau complete with a pig roast, a 70s party, an 80s party, and a Christmas party, all of my husband’s favorite things. We had decorations for each night, which Ben’s wife Evelyn helped me with. The space was perfect. Off of the penthouse, there is another space that isn’t even in the pictures. It is a very large furnished balcony / patio. The hot tub was our favorite because it seats so many people and is not too hot so we could all just stay in there and socialize and drink. The food was absolutely incredible. We have some very picky eaters in our group with very sensitive stomachs so we had to go with non-traditional menu items for them that were more American. Everyone said they felt like we were on a cruise with so much good food. Five out of 11 of us are blind, and they never treated us any differently which we very much appreciated. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. ❤️

Phenomenal stay

The staff went above and beyond for the group of 8 I brought to the villa. I cannot say enough about how truly excellent, responsive and flexible they were. They ensured we had a phenomenal time and thoroughly answered all my questions. The customer service is top notch and the villa itself is beautiful. Everyone loved the common areas, the delicious food, and amazing bartenders. Highly recommend and can't wait to return.

Perfect for our stay

Traveling with a group of 3 other guys. The property suited us great. The property was as pictured very spacious with beautiful outdoor spaces. The pool was small but cleaned daily and perfect for our group. Our bartenders Kevin and Perla were very nice and helpful. The 24hr access to drinks after hours was a convenient touch where we were able to keep a running tab for beers sold on site after hrs. Justin the owner was very accessible and accommodating he made himself available during our entire stay. Justin being just next door allowed for immediate assistance with any issues although we had none besides not knowing how to work the TV. Manager Alex was very helpful with arranging taxi rides when needed and answering all questions by text or phone call. The property was very close to Cabarete Beach 15min walk or 5min taxi ride and a short taxi ride to Sosua Beach and nightlife the area. We chose the Main property with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and one of the studios that was very nice for one of our guest that wanted a little more privacy. The game room was very nice we enjoyed the pool table and foz ball table. The entire property was wifi equipped. The combination of large ceiling fans and ac units kept all areas cool. Also Alex was able to arrange on site Covid testing. Everyone enjoyed the property and service. We definitely plan to stay at Justins place when we return.

Great set up

It has a convenient location between Sosua and Cabarete. Secure and safe. Amazing property. Maid was great. Owner leaves next door and was available everyday.
