"We had an amazing stay at nobu hotel this past week. Front desk staff are so helpful, they catered to all of our needs and felt like they went above and beyond. Breakfast included was so filling, and chefs were kind enough to cater specially for our baby. Super clean room, very luxurious , 10/10."

"Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

"The staff at this hotel is horrendous. Upon checking in, we discovered the TV was broken in our room. Since we were late checking in and didn't need the TV that night, we decided to wait until morning to bring it to their attention. We did so on our way out the door that morning, only to have a hotel manager attend with a maintenance staff member that night and accuse us of breaking the TV. After discussing it with the manager he apologized and realized they had been a mistake and moved us to a...

"Staff was excellent. Hotel held onto our bags before checkin so we could check out the area. Beautiful parks by the water very close by, lots of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. We walked from YTZ to the hotel, as well as to the Rogers Centre for Jays games. Hotel is surprisingly quiet as it overlooks a Main Street and has an attached bar establishment."
