"It was ok. The valet staff was very good. The front desk was nice on the way in. I called down later to ask whether they had any non-down, thinner pillows. She answered and said “hang on a minute” and then proceeded to talk to someone else in my ear about other stuff and then seemed really confused about what I meant about the pillow, and then said she’d have someone look into it. I was pretty sure nobody was coming and they never did. I used a folded towel for a pillow."

"Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!"

Apparently one is required to specifically request it in check in which is something I have never experienced in all my travels In addition it was impossible to get a plain cup of coffee out of the common coffee dispenser in the lobby. "The room was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Check-in was smooth and the overall setup met my needs. However, the outside noise was quite noticeable, especially at night, which made it harder to get good rest. If you’re a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind."
