"The cottage is perfect! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were blessed with lovely weather and the garden was a treat to be able to enjoy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were an excellent size. The kitchen was well equipped, but barely used as the list of eateries in the area that Amy provided was comprehensive and well used by us!The cottage is in an excellent location for exploring the region. We are looking forward to a repeat visit next summer!"

"Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect."

"Brilliant, lovely, clean and everything you need for a short stay. Fantastic views and really peaceful and quiet. Definitely would recommend. "

"An ideal place to stay, we did so for a 60th birthdays celebration. Accommodated all 12 adults in comfort, allowing us to have a celebratory meal and drinks. Trips to nearby Hay and the Arthur’s Stone ridge by the property. An excellent weekend, thank you Coralie."

"very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access local attractions and a fab pub a couple of miles away serving gorgeous food.star gazing was beautifulX we could see the milky way"

"Unfortunately our stay had to be cut short by 2 days as my back could not tolerate the only bed in the property which is lumpy and hard. Think of a bag of potatoes and you wouldn’t be far off. I’ll end on a positive, the rear garden is beautiful!"

"Bevan's House is a superb stay in Mid Wales. Located in between Lhandridod Wells and Builth Wells, it's a nice getaway if you're looking for a rural quiet area.The ace card of the property is the all day heated hot tub (which has a roof over it to use in all weathers). The kids loved it and we only made one visit out of town during our stay because the house is so good. Master bedroom beds 3 people. "In a good quiet location close to city centre. Relatively new kitchen and bathroom. However, oven and microwave were very dirty. The rest of the property is in poor decorative condition and state of repair. Because of this it did not seem good value for money compared to other properties we stayed in on our trip."

"The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. Best VRBO! Views amazing!"
