Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Place

This house was near perfect! Very clean and cute welcoming touches. 2 AC's that kept the house very cool. The outdoor shower was great. Close to resturants, the beach and shops. The only negative was the landscaping or lack there of. The yard needs some serious attention, esp the areas on the sides of the front door. Some clean up with make this property perfect! We would def stay here again.

Don't Bother wasting your hard earned money, search for a cheaper place & closer to the beach

- Don't Bother wasting your hard earned money, search for a cheaper place & on the beach - Inside the home we found Carpenter Ants & other bugs in the kitchen & bathroom. The floors felt dirty & sticky, we wore socks the entire time we were indoors & our socks were filthy afterwards - The window AC unit in the main sitting area needs to be upgraded due to it barely kept that area comfortable - Upon arriving at the property I had to send a text to management & it took them almost 30 minutes to reply so I ended up calling the number because I needed the code to the key box in order to enter the property - The online description of the property was off... you could barely see the river/pond thru the dense trees/bushes. I have images but unable to attach these files -The "outdoor shower" smelt of mildew so we opted to not even go there - Communication with "property management" was extremely poor.... the TV in the main sitting area was not connected to any cable/internet so we were unable to watch anything. Upon contacting management, several times, I received text messages back stating someone would get back to me soon, but I did not get any resolution ... - I have kept all communication messages for reference - Location was within walking distance to a restuarant - Overall rating is Less than 1 star..... - I would NOT recommend Dora's Cottage. This place definitely needs to be better maintained with a more involved property management team & property ownership
