"My wife and I were up for a 5 day fishing trip. The property was as described on a very private, quiet lot with a nice dock. There is a nice back deck view of the lake and a covered patio in the front. We really enjoyed our stay and would definately return/recommend."

"My middle son wanted his "senior" trip to be with his whole family (dog too) and focused on fishing. This was the perfect rental for exactly that. Shaun was great with all of our questions. The cabin was perfect-- we have 3 boys (20, 17, 14) myself, my husband, and dog, and we didn't feel crowded. The boys enjoyed all the family pictures and history of the island. We spent most of our time outside-- and ate our meals in the screened-in gazebo. The boys spent most of their time fishing--...

"The location is beyond words. Truly beautiful and relaxing. We loved bird watching including a daily visit by a chatty eagle. Absolutely amazing. We explored Crane lake and caught enough walleyes and bass for a fish dinner at the cabin. The eagle enjoyed the fish remains right off the end of the dock. I highly recommend Loon Landing."

"Great location for us. Trails were close by and easy to get to. Gas station was also very close and convenient. Hot tub was great to soak in after the days ride. Cabin layout worked very well for our group."

Great choice of trails including ATV which could be ridden when the main trails were beaten up due to warm weather. Great kitchen, stocked with everything. Lots of room for parking with trailers. We had a large eagle visit us every day and a deer, two turtles sunning themselves on a rock in the lake.The house accommodated 11 of us very well. Our one suggestion would be that there more chairs in the porch and out side. While the adirondack chairs in the porch are nice they are too big for that room and really not that comfortable and would be better outside. The kitchen...

"Great, great place. Cute, super clean and very attentive owners. Stocked with absolutely everything! From umbrellas to bug spray, Kleenex, shampoo, extra blankets and the list goes on. This place had it all and then some. Great dock with power and perfect fish cleaning station. We loved it here. Thanks Lisa and Phil!"

"There were 3 of us, and we had a great time, great weather, and enjoyed the time on Lake Vermilion. The cabin was very clean. Only suggestions are to let guests know that they have access to the dock; and the Wifi info in the messages/emails was incorrect, but we figured it out. I would recommend this cabin/location on Lake Vermilion to others."
