"Room was discusting blood and poo in the room on walls and pillows. Complaint made to staff and was not dealt with compliant made on email after and still not had a response. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in"

"The building was beautiful and our room was good, the bed very comfortable. B We only stayed one night but the food was disappointing. We met friends who had stayed for a few nights and they felt the same. That’s the only thing that lets it down really"

The room was very clean but the door was very stiff on opening and we noticed the piece of wood the fire lever lock was attached to had come away from the wall.
