"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "

It’s modern and comfortable and overlooks fields so completely private with hot tub, fire pit and bbq all ready to use The Nags Head pub does good food and is walking distance. "The house is magnificent, very spacious, clean, great finishing everywhere. The bedrooms were prefect, all large with comfy beds, good storage and en-suite bathrooms.The hot tub is a lovely addition, and the cinema screen in the large lounge was ideal to watch sports and movies with everyone.The surrounding area is picturesque and quiet, but only a short drive from shops and restaurants.I can’t praise this place highly enough. It’s magnificent. Kudos to the property owners."

"Not the apartment I was expecting but very nice nonetheless - had expected ground floor apartment as travelling with older relative who has some mobility issues - access via very steep stairs. We were lucky with street parking but this could be an issue, probably best to book parking with landlord for extra cost. Older relative would have appreciated non-slip mat in shower. "A comfortable small lodge / glamping pod set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Had everything we needed to help make our 2 nights an easy and enjoyable experience. Criticisms were minor: a little detritus (possibly dog hair?) on the floor on arrival; a broken toilet roll holder; a bed sheet that was too small for the mattress. "Lovely spacious holiday cottage that really does have everything you need for a relaxing few days away. Pretty south facing garden to relax in, which is also fenced to keep in smaller dogs. We liked the fact the cottage is rural yet only a short drive into Diss town centre for local shops and food outlets. Great communication from host. "

"The property was really beautiful and everything we needed had been supplied for us. The tent was clean, cute and had such a fun vibe. The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were so fun and made it feel more like camping! All instructions were super clear and it made for a really easy trip. Charlie was really quick to reply to all messages which made the trip easy and worry-free! My only feedback is that there were stinging nettles around the hot tub steps! Thank you so much for letting us stay there...

"It was very obvious from the start that the house was newly renovated. Almost everything still had the tags on it. Absolutely nothing was plugged in, turned on or tested before I got there. There were no amenities, such as soap, dish cloths, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet brushes, or even bins in the bathrooms.
