"The staff was excellent! Our luggage did not make it to Ireland for a few days, so the manager and staff provided some toiletries to help us right away. The room was very clean and location was great.! Can easily walk to St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Christ Church, Temple Bar area, Grafton Street, Ha’penny Bridge, and Liffey river walk. Would definitely stay here again."

"Clean room, staff were friendly. Room 2259 did not have the view and backed onto a small alley in between buildings, and was over the delivery door. So a bit noisey. Overall good hotel located near Temple Bar area."

"We stayed for 2 nights and could not have been happier. We did not have breakfast, but the pub next door had great food and entertainment. It is on a busy street, but at night there is little traffic and it was quiet. There is parking close by and they provide a discount when you stay with them. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"The room was large and really funky - I loved the guitar amp! The hotel is a little away from the busy area which means it’s quieter overnight but close enough to make a quick wander back after an evening in the city. Everything was clean and the staff were great. I had never stayed at a Ruby hotel before but will definitely look out for them in future trips. "

"All together fantastic! Amazing staff very streamlined checkin, solid bar area and food. Breakfast good, location excellent for walking around. Room spotless and whole thing just interesting decor, may not be everyone's vibe but for me loved it. I'll put it this way typically a hotel is more or less the last thing on your mind when recounting your trips adventures, but for this hotel it is almost an attraction in itself! Cannot recommend enough good value eventhough not cheapest."

"Our Buswells stay was excellent! No complaints! Breakfast was very tasty and the staff were very courteous. Just remember to book a table for drinks in the bar as space is at a premium and it’s disappointing but unavoidable if the bar is busy and consequently there are no free tables so having a drink on the premises becomes a problem! Overall it’s a lovely hotel! "
