this hotel was horrible the front desk closed before we even arrived we walked into the lobby to hear tvs blasting and leaks every where they canceled our reservation without even telling us saying we showed up to late and then refused to refund us

Arrived and was quickly greeted at the front desk for check-in. Went up to my room and was very happy with my accommodations. Nice clean room, air conditioner worked extremely well. Was happy with everything, best sleep in along time. I checked out the next morning with Sonny at the desk. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay for the night!!!

room had an odder, had one light in the room, outlets didn't work shower curtain and tub were dirt. We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we had planned on.

The staff was nice and the amenities were good for the price. The place was not trashy at all. There was streaming TV, heat, a/c, a mini fridge, a bathroom with shower and tub, and a nice king size bed in my room.

CLEAN AND CHEAP PLACE TO STAY. ROOMS NEED SOME ATTENTION TO INCLUDE MORE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND USB CHARGING OUTLETS FOR TODAY'S TECHNOLOGY LIKE LAPTOPS, CPAPS, CHARGERS, ETC. OVERALL, NOT BAD FOR THE PRICE AND LOCATION.

The key card was barely working I couldn’t change my check out time so now they kicked me out and now I have no where to stay till 2pm… mind you it’s 11am. Took forever for water to warm and toliet had hard time flushing

I was at this hotel for 11 days! Ice maker didn’t work. Had to buy a coffee maker, none in the rooms or lobby! Thread bare towels! Refrigerator had to be replaced as the door wouldn’t shut! Just a very bad experience.

This was definitely a no-frills stay, but overall, I was pleased. PROS: comfortable bed and pillows, window, air-conditioning and heating unit that worked, shower was hot, TV user-friendly, located in between a Dunkin’ Donuts and a Burger King. CONS: no elevator, no extras (things like blankets, hairdryer, iron), towels were very thin, mini-fridge did not work (I didn’t need it, so I didn’t complain), bathroom run-down/stained.

Ice maker didn't work, there was clearly remodeling going on somewhere. The listing via expedia did not accurately identify the additional fees. I don't blame the hotel for this last bit unless they are responsible for making sure the listing is accurate. It served the purpose of a 1 night crash sleep but was not something i would ever recommend.

I booked this hotel room through a third party online. I called the day of my reservation to the hotel just to confirm it would be ready. I was told by the property manager that they couldn't give me the room because the shower wasn't working. They never called me direct, nor did they call who I booked the room through. Now I am fighting to get a refund and I had to rent a room at a higher price last minute. Terrible service;.

Context -- used for 3 days 4 nights...2 people. July. the hotel itself is completely adequate and it serves its exact purpose for its price point. I was 5/5 thrilled on this aspect. luckily i had read reviews which stated the towels were ... less than adequate. I can report this is the case. bring your own towels. hand towels, shower towels, anything you could use would be helpful. otherwise, the room was as pictured, the mini fridge useful, the mini microwave worked and was clean. the bed and sheets and room were clean. the door was a little broken but not in a safety way. it is definitely not your 5 star Marriott experience, but it was a 99% safe hotel. no sketchy people (workers or guests), there is an easy way to come and go out the side doors, and it is a generally useful hotel for its pricepoint and location. there is a train located nearby. i did not find it too loud or obnoxious...but I also had to crank the AC, which I felt was not adequate (but again, it was July with 2 ppl in room). EOD, the train was kinda a cool to have as a view, so if you see mountain view as a room option it is definitely worth it (rather than facing the interstate). i would absolutely stay here again, but especially if the point was to save money. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, i mean, i really think the biggest con was the towels. otherwise, eveything was neutral or better than neutral. helpful staff. no sketchy guests during my stay. simple hotel.
